Basic Policy for Preventing Corrupt Practices

In recent years, regulations against bribery and corrupt practices have been strengthened worldwide. In response to the increasing demands for compliance, our company declares this basic policy for preventing corrupt practices to ensure the appropriateness and soundness of our operations.

Our company will not, either directly or indirectly, engage in any corrupt practices such as gifts or entertainment with clients, vendors, suppliers, or public officials. We will also comply with the Unfair Competition Prevention Act of Japan and anti-corruption regulations in the United States and other countries.

  1. Our company will not offer or provide improper benefits to, nor solicit such benefits from, clients, vendors, suppliers, or public officials.
  2. Our company will not engage in gifts or entertainment with clients, vendors, suppliers, or public officials that exceed our internal standards or legal requirements, and will not respond to such offers.
  3. Our company will regularly review our efforts to prevent corrupt practices to ensure thorough compliance.
  4. Our company will promptly take necessary measures, such as providing required information, in response to requests for investigation cooperation from clients.
